ford sketchbook

Here are some images from the sketchbook in which I am currently working. It might be less about content and more about documenting the passage of time through the filling of pages.  


 There is something incredibly creepy about these dolls, it seemed only appropriate to work them into a spread. There is an interesting super-imposition of the building plan on the face. 






 Here are some notes from my last paper, looking at the work of Paul Pfeiffer and Francis Bacon. Neither of them have anything to do with a duck . . .



 This is a collaboration between Ethan (3) and myself. The only thing I added is the small "hp" in the upper left page. He certainly has my interest in typographic forms and the relationships they create. 
 When in doubt, a grid will improve anything . . .
